Founder & CEO
Upendra has over 38 years of experience working with major hospitality brands in India and North America. Devoted to the idea of ‘hospitality’ as an opportunity to curate an experience, he has created and conducted numerous training programs on subjects such as Attitude Development, Management Development, and Wow Guest Experience. Upendra holds a degree in Hospitality Management and specializes in product development, operating systems, creating standard operating manuals, menu merchandising, event planning, developing marketing strategies and budgeting.
Sumitesh is a hospitality industry veteran with a special interest in food and beverage. He has amassed a diverse range of experience in his 20 years in the industry, including working with leading brands such as the Taj Group of Hotels and JW Marriott in India, as well as launching and managing two prestigious properties in Kenya—Sovereign Suites and WestEnd. Sumitesh is currently based in India.
BETTY J. ‘BJ’ GEWIN
A US-based, seasoned service industry professional, Betty is an expert in the creation of Wow Customer Experiences, developing business plans, and setting in place sales strategies to increase efficiency and revenues. She has a proven track record of excellence in training and developing teams, developing job aids to ensure consistency, negotiating contracts, and administering vendor management.
Based out of UK, Parag is passionate about helping organizations, teams, and individuals improve their change-capability and agility. He has helped transform numerous business programs and projects across the hospitality and retail industries in India, USA, and UK. He is a certified assessor of the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM), and has designed, developed, and implemented a number of highly effective integrated quality management systems.
A hospitality professional with Food and Beverage background, and Room divisions with over 16 years of experience in luxury hotels around the world. Managed operations in brands such as Regent International, Starwood Hotels, and Fairmont luxury hotels in Dubai, Canada, Mauritius, India & Bhutan. Have exposure in Resorts and Business hotels in all operational food and beverage service departments including Pre-opening.experience.
